Using FACTS

In order to get login information for FACTS SIS (Student Information System), you will need to submit an email address for each person needing a login. You do not need to create a different login for each student. Please visit Create Username & Password.

FACTS Login

There are two ways to access the FACTS software

Go directly to their site, factsmgt.com, and select FACTS Family Online from the Parents login menu
You can also click on any FACTS logo that you find on the KSA School website.

Once at FACTS, enter our district code ksa-ut and your username and password.

How to use FACTS Family Online

Viewing the video will tell you how to use your personal FACTS portal. To view this video, click on the logo on the right.

The password to view the video is ParentsWeb. Please note that it is case sensitive. You must type the capital P and W.
