FACTS SIS (formerly RenWeb)
Kearns-Saint Ann School uses FACTS as its Student Information System. This platform allows the office to track attendance and access emergency contacts, teachers to enter grades, and parents to monitor their child’s progress.
Parents can create a FACTS login if the school has their email address on file. FACTS will only accept emails already entered in our system. If you currently receive school emails, you should be able to create an account. To update or add an email address, please contact the school office.
If you created a login in a previous school year, you do not need to create a new one. Please follow the steps below to set up your account. If you need assistance, call the school office at 801-486-0741.

FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Kearns-Saint Ann School for the upcoming school year. If you are in need of financial assistance, please apply ASAP by clicking the relevant FACTS link below.
Failure to submit all of the necessary information to FACTS by the deadline may result in your family not receiving financial assistance or limit the amount given due to incomplete information.
Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
- Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
- Copies of your W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers Compensation and/or TANF
Documentation can also be faxed to 1-866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
