The KSA Benefit is over, and now it is time to Give Thanks!
A big thank you to Mrs. Anna Hill, Mrs. Rose Graham, and our Home and School Association for all of their hard work planning our annual auction/benefit. It was on Saturday, November 12, 2016, and was a big success. Our theme this year was "Giving Thanks", and we surely did. Everyone who attended had a great time, a wonderful dinner provided by Midvale Mining Café and walked away carrying their treasures from the auctions. The friendly competition in the silent and live auctions earned some much needed funds for our school. The kid sold a lot of raffle tickets.
Thank you to everyone who participated in some way to make this much needed fund raiser a big success.
5th and 6th Graders visit the Center for Aging & Adults
The fifth and sixth grade classes at Kearns-Saint Ann School were invited to sing at the Salt Lake Center for Aging & Adults on Monday, November 21. This was their holiday kick-off for their annual donation campaign to earn money for our frail older adults. The students, under the guidance of Mr. Say Eow Quah, entertained the crowd by singing at the kick-off event. What a great opportunity for our students and a wonderful experience to reach out and help others in our community.

Bingo is fast becoming one of our biggest fund raisers, second only to the benefit. The classes in charge of Bingo this month are 4th grade on November 5 and 3rdh grade on November 19.
Want a fun night out? Come play. The cost is $16 per person, and that includes dinner. Dinner is served beginning at 5:30, and the games begin at 6:45. We hold bingo on the first and third Saturdays of each month.
Our customers are constantly requesting that we hold bingo every Saturday. We If we could, it would double our profits. We would love to have bingo every Saturday, but we need a few more committed volunteers to cover the other two Saturdays of each month. If you are able to help out at all, please contact Anna Hill in the school office. Even once a month would be a great help.
